“Outside of my Deloitte and Board/Trustee roles, I am a proud mum of three teenagers and since my first encounter with Teenager Cancer Trust, during a concert at the Royal Albert Hall, I have been incredibly moved by the young people who inspired everyone who saw them share their story.”
I already know the Teenage Cancer Trust well as I am part of the Corporate Development Board. I have enjoyed this enormously and so am now delighted to deepen that connection by becoming a trustee.
It is truly a privilege to be a Trustee at such a critical time, the impact of the last few years has been tremendous on everyone but particularly on those who work with young people and in the charity sector. This is such an important time for the organisation and I am looking forward to working with the Trustees to make a difference. This is a very special charity and I look forward to supporting the charity and all the amazing professionals who work so hard to make a difference every day in the work they do.
I am passionate about working with global executives and boards to shape and drive corporate growth, advising global organisations on corporate strategies, market disruption, best practices, and risk mitigation. I have been a partner at Deloitte for 20+ years, and focus on the global financial services industry, including post-merger integration and innovation. My current role is as Deloitte’s Global Clients & Industries leader and I am a member of the Deloitte Global Executive. I also serve as the Global Advisory Partner and Executive Sponsor for several of Deloitte’s most complex global clients.
I am an advocate for diversity issues and am a proud founding member of the London Women’s Forum and the 30% Club. I also hold trustee roles at the International Centre for Research on Women (ICRW) as well as the Design Council, where I am also a Board Member.
