Please fill in your details below and ask your parent or guardian to complete the bottom section.
Additional info on our rules for young volunteers:
- When volunteering at any physical event, any volunteers aged 13-15 need to attend with and be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times who will be responsible for them during the event or activity.
- Young people aged 13 and over who attend as part of a formal group (e.g. with their school) or would need to be accompanied by a team leader or teacher who has obtained parental consent or who is acting in loco parentis and is responsible for the individual group members.
- Volunteers aged 16 and 17 are invited to volunteer independently and without supervision at events ‘on behalf of’ Teenage Cancer Trust (i.e. organised by us) and are asked to provide parental consent on their sign-up form to ensure their parent is aware of their volunteering alongside their other academic commitments.
